This product is of poor quality, the water jet head breaks if the rotating blade cathes the edge of a paving slab but you cannot get spares from Bosch - you have to buy a complete replacement unit. I complained to Bosch about the poor after service but they are just not interested in customer feedback and refuse to sell replacement jets only. I would suggest that unless you have a Bosch Jetwasher already you avoid this item completely and choose an alternative brand jet washer and patio cleaner package or just use a stiff brush and cleaning agent.
This Bosch aquasurf patio cleaner is without doubt the most useless component ever made, when attached to the pressure lance it has no more power than a garden hose, will not clear bird droppings.
Buyers beware this product is a total waste of money, should you have the misfortune to buy this item, consider buying a length of rope, you might want to hang yourself.
