Bought the T 400 together with a K 4.130 power washer, for cleaning my deck and patio. The washer is great, just cuts through the dirt and algae very quickly, and is a great improvement over my previous washer. BUT the T 400 is a waste of money. Yes, it is easy to use, and quick too, but it does not clean the area sufficiently well. It is simply not up to the job, and having used it I then had to go over the whole area again with the jet washer to get it clean. I had thought that the extra jet in the pointed end of the T 400 (designed to clean into corners) would be useful but it just doesn't do the job.
The Karcher T-400 T-Racer did the jobs we wanted very well indeed and were very pleased with our purchase.
Cleaned up decking ready for varnishing, cleaned up the paved driveway removing all bad marks and stains and cleaned up old paving slabs all without the aid of additional cleaning substances. Just used with water pressure only. Would reccommend. Also does all this without to much spray and involves less of a wash down of surrounding walls and windows afterwards then if just using the Karcher as a spray cleaner only.
